A summer limited edition popular item supervised by the professional dipping noodle maker " Mita Noodle Studio " that you can enjoy at home: Super spicy dipping noodles!
A pork bone seafood soup with the umami and aroma of seafood that fills your mouth, and a special fiery hot powder that allows you to adjust the spiciness according to your preference.
The noodles are made using the technique of "knife-cut noodles" developed from Sanuki Udon, providing a strong chewiness and excellent texture. The noodle making expert Ishimaru Seimen has created a springy texture through a unique recipe.

[How to cook]
1. Use a large pot if possible. For each serving of noodles (half a pack), bring more than 1 liter of water to a boil. Add the noodles and gently stir with chopsticks.
2. Adjust the heat to prevent the boiling water from overflowing. There's no need to add cold water; cook to your preferred doneness.
3. Dilute one packet of liquid sauce with 70ml of hot water. Add spices to taste.
4. Quickly remove the cooked noodles, place them in a colander, and rinse and rub them under cold water 2-3 times to remove any surface stickiness.
5. Serve the noodles and soup separately. If you prefer hot noodles, you can reheat them in hot water, drain, and then serve.
6. You can enhance the flavor by adding toppings such as chashu (braised pork), bamboo shoots, nori (seaweed), boiled eggs, and green onions according to your preference.
