Big and nice chewiness — fresh taste of giant clam. I steamed it to heat for a few mins and then pour hot oil. Fresh chopped garlic, a bit of ginger juice and fresh green onions made the topping. It’s yummy, already cleaned, and so cheap!

This is not tasty, the meat is very hard, and you can't bite it. I cook it in the oven for 10 minutes according to the cooking method on its packaging.
