Pokka Sapporo is the v!ral hot canned corn soup from Japan that a lot of food bloggers have been talking about. This is a powdered/instant version of that. Add one packet of soup to 150ml/5oz of hot water, stir until dissolved and wait 1 minute for the soup to thicken.
I add 7oz of water to enjoy it, as I find the original suggestion a little too salty. It tastes like biting into a cob of sweet corn and butter and is so amazingly delicious. Its perfect for cold weather
