Subi Foods' "Booked-out Restaurant THE PREMIUM Large Clam Vongole Bianco 95.3g" is a pasta sauce supervised by Chef Ochiai Tsutomu of the famous restaurant "La Bettola" in Ginza, Tokyo. It makes use of the concentrated flavor of large clams, and is finished with a rich flavor that spreads with the richness of Chardonnay wine and butter. Italian parsley and sliced chili peppers are included separately to add an accent to the aroma and color.
