Cooking Method:

1. Heat oil in a pan until it reaches about 70% of its maximum temperature, then add the beef and scallion sections. Stir-fry for 20 seconds.

2. Add the sauce and continue to stir-fry quickly. Adjust the amount of sauce according to personal taste, and you can also add salt for extra flavor.

3. Continue stir-frying over high heat until the sauce thickens. Quick stir-frying helps maintain the texture of the beef.

Minimum cooking temperature requirements to decrease the risk of food borne illnesses:

Beef, Pork, Veal & Lamb Steaks, chops, roasts

145 °F (62.8 °C) and allow to rest for at least 3 minutes

Ground Meats

160 °F (71.1 °C)

Ground Poultry

165 °F (73.9°C)

Fully Cooked Ham (to reheat)

Reheat cooked hams packaged in USDA-inspected plants to 140 °F (60 °C) and all others to 165 °F (73.9 °C).

All Poultry (breasts, whole bird, legs, thighs, wings, ground poultry, giblets, and stuffing)

165 °F (73.9 °C)

Eggs

160 °F (71.1 °C)

The meat is really not tough and very delicious. Remember to add potato starch to thicken it. I read other reviews saying that the taste is a bit bland, so I also added a little oyster sauce and mixed it well!

The beef was not very tender and a bit chewy. The lid of the sauce was not tightly closed and some of the juice leaked out. The sauce tasted a bit bland, so I added some onions.
