Loooooove these hokkaido cakes so im so happy to see them on weee! Came packaged neatly with a plastic bag so that the ice wouldnt get the box wet. Smart.

I bought it after seeing the good reviews, but I didn't expect it to be a disappointment. The cake was delivered on Sunday afternoon, and I refrigerated it until Monday for breakfast. The cream inside had gone bad and turned sour. This shows that the cake is not freshly made at all. If you can't make freshly made cakes, please indicate the production date! It's really disappointing. The quality of the cakes in this bakery is not good!
