I made them with Napa cabbage, the taste is quite nice, not too salty. But the meatball size is like a fish ball for hot pot, definitely not a “lian’s head”.

The taste of the meatball was good. However, I was horrified when I found a tiny piece of glass inside one of the meatballs. Imagine eating that piece of glass. It’s so dangerous for health. I won’t order this again.

repurchased a couple times when it’s on sale. very easy to prepare and meatballs are tender and flavorful. love it!
