This Japanese electric teapot is so nice! I totally love it! It’s super easy to set up and heats up water so quickly. It reminds me of something you could find at stores like Muji or Hands in Tokyo. I bought this for myself to replace my old electric teapot, but it would also make a nice gift. 💝

It broke after only two months of use. When I pressed the switch, it didn't work or boil water. I contacted customer service, but they said they would not return, exchange or repair it. They said it can only be returned or exchanged if it has not been used within 30 days. How can it break if it has not been used? Why do I need to return or exchange it? This return policy is contradictory. I don't need a return or exchange, as long as it can be repaired.
