I read some other reviews first about it not being sticky enough. I feel like they'll stay put if your someone who doesn't fight the covers lol bit if you do like me then cover it with a sock or use some bandage tape. Works well!

Fragrant! The tape isn’t the stickiest, but that’s okay. The pads did turn black overnight, though I don’t know if they worked with “detox”. They’re pretty good though.
