The vegetable cleaver, sometimes known as the Chinese chef’s knife, is a powerful chopping, slicing, and dicing implement, making it a great all-rounderin the kitchen. In addition to slicing vegetables, its powerful heft can be used to cut through large meat bones.
TWIN Signature knives are precision stamped from a single piece of proprietary special formula German steel, resulting in lighter weight knives that do not compromise sharpness. Combined with the ZWILLING signature ice-hardening technique, these FRIODUR blades are harder, sharper, they will NOT STAIN or chip, and they retain their sharpness longer.
