Surprisingly really soft in the middle. I simply pop it in the air fryer and roast it for a few minutes.

Banh mi texture is very good. Yummy!
I made “banh mi nuong muoi ot’ for my family. I mix Cholimex chili sauce, Tuong An butter and shrimp salt together. Put on bread. Then airfry in 2 minutes. There you go. You have a very delicious dish
