Ingredients:

Noodles (wheat flour (made in Japan), reduced syrup, salt/liquorice, kansui, processed starch, (contains some wheat))
Soup (meat extract (manufactured in Japan), pork fat, salt, sugar, pork flavor seasoning, protein hydrolysate, soy sauce, spices/seasoning (amino acid, etc.), sake spirit, processed starch, caramel color, thickener (guar gum), flavor, (contains wheat, soy beans, pork, chicken and gelatin)
Allergens: (allergens that may cause allergies)
Wheat, soybeans, pork, chicken, gelatin

About Ramen: The thick tonkotsu (pork bone) soup is very creamy, and the richness and flavor concentrated in the thin noodles intertwine well with the supreme Hakata ramen!
Enjoy the one and only thick Tonkotsukotsu (pork bone) soup that is not for everyone.

How to cook: 

1 Bring 2 liters of water per bag of noodles to a good boil in a large pot.
2 Dilute the accompanying soup with about 300ml of water and prepare in a bowl.
3. Put the noodles into the boiling water and boil over high heat for 30 seconds then medium heat for about 1 minute, while breaking up the noodles. (boiling time is accoridng to your own preference )
4 After boiling, drain off the hot water well and put the noodles into the prepared bowl, and loosen the noodles in the bowl.
5 Garnish with your favorite garnish (chashu pork, bamboo shoots, green onions, etc.) for an even better taste.
