Anh Hai "Pho" Seasoning Powder is a traditional Vietnamese pho spice blend, made from natural herbs including star anise, cinnamon, fennel, cardamom, cloves, and coriander seeds. It delivers an authentic, rich pho flavor—perfect for both home cooks and restaurants.
Directions for Use
Mixing ratio: Use 1 pack (25 g) for about 3 liters of water. A full box (20 packs) is suitable for 60 liters of broth.
Prepare ingredients: Clean beef bones, meat, tendons, and cartilage. Roast shallots and ginger, then crush them to enhance aroma.
Cooking the broth: Simmer ingredients in water, skim off foam regularly to keep the broth clear. When meat is tender, add the spice pack. Use a spice bag if available.
Simmering time: Cook on low heat for 15–45 minutes depending on your taste. A longer time brings out a deeper flavor.
Season to taste: Remove shallots, ginger, and spice bag. Adjust flavor with salt, sugar, and fish sauce.
To serve: Pour hot broth over rice noodles, add meat, scallions, herbs as desired, and enjoy hot.
