Made pork bulkogi and I’m going to order again!

The meat was a little thicker than I thought. I was going to use it for shabu shabu but ended up using it with a stir fry. Still very pleased with the order… great price and fresh!

Since it is difficult to find shoulder butt in the U.S., this item was amazing to make bulgogi. It tasted exactly same as bulgogi when I had in Korea. Thus, I ordered it again :)
