Delicious soup base. Very easy to use and so convenient. You get 3 individual soup base pouches. I added bok choy, green onions and an egg. I first sauté shallots and garlic (lots of garlic, because I love garlic) then added bok choy, green onions, soup base and tofu. So yummy!
