Garlic Butter Baked Mid Joint Wings
Ingredients:
10 mid joint wings
3 tbsp melted butter
4 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp honey
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp salt
½ tsp paprika (optional)
Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, soy sauce, honey, black pepper, salt, and paprika.
Toss the mid joint wings in the mixture and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper and arrange the wings in a single layer.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
