It is possible to cold brew this stone ground sweetened Uji matcha using milk instead of water to make a delicious matcha latte. Hot brewed matcha latte is even delicious.
Whisk 10g (2 teaspoons) of green tea in 5cc (1 teaspoon) of water to make matcha syrup. You can pour the matcha syrup over kakigori or pancakes.
