Delicious! I love adding dry shiitake mushroom to my hot pot! Since it was dried the soup is very absorbed into the mushroom. I soak it in water for some time before adding into my hot pot! 10/10 recommend!

These dried shiitake mushrooms were whole, fresh-smelling, and rehydrated really well. They added a rich, earthy flavor to my soup and stir-fry. Fast delivery from WEE too. Will buy again!
