Not sure yet haven’t try but hopefully good for my skin

The package contains 180 small pills, which is supposed to be a 30-day supply if you take 6 a day. Even starting out with less per day, my stomach seemed to react to it, so I only take one pill and can’t tell if my skin is benefiting from the product. Some of the translations for the cautions on the package are funny!
