The seeds are too small, smaller than my little fingernail! It's hard to eat, and the kernels are small. I don't recommend it!

Be careful when buying I couldn't believe it when I opened the package. I've never seen such small seeds before. It's hard to crack them. The price is so high! The picture on the right is for comparison with other brands of seeds.
