The 4 servings of soba noodles are packaged together. They may or may not freeze together. Very quick to cook. Nice dense, chewy texture. I know that it's not the correct noodles to use but I used it for naengmyun.

It came still frozen in a cool bag with ice. This soba is easy to prepare and less salty in my opinion. I like to have it with Natto and green onion. It’s good both cold and warm soba.

I like that I only need to boil for few minutes. I can get it ready really quickly, and I actually like this better than non-frozen ones.

Another must have for quick dinner option.
