Jade Bakery 手工鳳梨蛋黃月餅

這鳳梨蛋黃月餅之前沒有買來吃過，所以就買來嘗嘗看，吃了發現餡料夠多，味道夠甜，餅皮又不會太厚，這月餅一個雖然不便宜，但買到的東西是值這個價位的。

太甜了，蛋黃也不是流油，蠻乾的。普通的鳳梨酥好吃得多了。

Good amount of sweetness; not too sweet. Not a strong pineapple flavor like taiwanese pineapple cake, which is good because that would have made it too sweet. Tasted great

Great pineapple flavor. Moist pastry and beautifully positioned egg yolk in the middle of the mooncake.

蛋糕做工精良，餡料有彈性，鳳梨香，鴨蛋也好吃，餅皮也恰到好處。不過，就我的口味而言，鳳梨餡有點甜。
