Japanese Cheesecake 6 inches 1 개입

치즈케잌이 아이스도 없이 배달 됐고 박스 없이 종이 봉투에 들어 있었는데 플라스틱 포장이 찌그러져 있었고 케잌도 1/3이 뭉개져 있었어요

Packaged with ice, in a normal cake box separate from other groceries (didn't come with the knife, that's from tous le jours). Cake came fine. We tried it straight out the box and after baking in the oven for 20 minutes at 350°F. Straight out of the box it had a creamy texture? When cut the cake stuck to the knife because of the creaminess. The taste is sweet and eggy. After being in the oven it was crispy on the outside and soft and airy on the inside. It was moist but not exactly creamy. I'm not sure if 20 minutes was too long but the inside of the cake was not warm after, possibly because we left it in the fridge for a few days. Would order again, it was a good taste, not too sweet. It would pair well with strawberries. Both straight out of the box and in the oven was really good, they didn't come with instructions or anything so I assume both is fine for you lol Good size 3 people who like really big slices but maybe too small for bigger gatherings (more than 6 people?).

The taste was great. Just as expected. However, wish they put more effort in the packaging.The packing was not good. It had other food attached to the box.

Box is all warped and smashed a little. Cheesecake inside is mashed to the top. Not shipped carefully at all.
