It's so comfortable you can go to sleep with it! The mask is very easy to use, once you take it out of the pouch it'll slowly start to active. Just seperate the ear hooks and put them on your ears. I use these in an air-conditioned room and it still gets pretty warm. It's very relaxing after staring at a screen all day.

I keep buying this products. Cannot sleep without this eye mask.

LOVE LOVE LOVE! I have been using this for years and have tried a variety of scents. the lavender is one of my top favorites. warming sensation lasts about 15 - 20 minutes and the scent even longer. very relaxing. I always keep it in stock in my house.
