Popcorn Chicken Seasoning 175g 1 ส่วน

Cooking:

* 1 pack of seasoning mix, deboned chicken thigh, boneless chicken thigh, or chicken breast cut into, 1.5 cm pieces, 250cc of water (a small bowl)

* Mix the water and seasoning powder thoroughly. Pour the mixture into the chicken and massage it until the liquid is absorbed. Refrigerate for 4 hours before cooking.

* Coat the chicken with sweet potato starch and deep-fry until golden brown at 140 degrees Celsius.

* You can also use an air fryer and cook until it's done.
