I love these rice cake balls. Great for making Korean rice cake soup. The balls have a great texture and hold up to cooking long periods of time.

These are quite chewy. Because of the ball shape, they didn't stick to the pan. The bag I received wasn't completely airtight, so it tasted slightly sour, but it was still edible.
