Taiwan Organic Shiitake Mushrooms (Large and Medium)

These rich and chewy organic shiitake mushrooms, awarded the "Mushroom King" at the 2018 Xin She Mushroom Evaluation, are grown without the use of chemicals in space bags, as per the insistence of Mr. and Mrs. A-Chi. In addition to obtaining organic certification during the transitional period, the mushrooms are cultivated in the Three-Point Mushroom Lodge using underground spring water filtered three times. The care given to the mushrooms is akin to caring for their own children. From picking, cutting paper, harvesting, packaging, to roasting, everything is done by themselves. Mr. and Mrs. A-Chi's planting philosophy is "full participation ensures quality control, and we never use pesticides. We eat our own mushrooms, and that's how we can sell them."

Usage: Soak the shiitake mushrooms in cold water for about 5-10 minutes until they soften, then remove and cook as desired.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place before opening. After opening, please tightly seal the package.
