Return Policy

The products selling by Gogolifestyle HK are shipped directly from Hong Kong to the United States. The average delivery time is about 10 days. We will try our best to pack each item carefully, but there will inevitably be collisions during express delivery, and the packaging may be slightly damaged . Damage/denting is at the customer's risk. If the customer receives the product and finds that it has expired or deteriorated, please contact us within 5 days after the parcel is delivered. We will not accept any refund request raising later than 7 days after the parcel is delivered. In addition to the above reasons, remaining reasons such as change of mind and purchase with the wrong product are not applicable to product return and exchange services.
