Shipping Policy

Shipping Schedule:
We ship orders every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
Each shipment includes orders placed from the previous Tuesday to the current Monday.

Shipping Carriers:
All orders will be shipped via one of the following carriers (selected at our discretion):
  •   UPS
  •   USPS
  •   FedEx
Customers cannot choose the carrier.

Shipping Rates:
• Flat rate: $20 for standard shipping
• Free shipping on orders over $99 (standard shipping only; carrier selected by us)

Cold Chain Shipping (Optional):
If you require cold chain shipping:
  •   Additional shipping fee starts at $100, depending on weight
  •   This fee will not be reduced, but may increase based on order size
  •   Please contact us before placing your order to confirm the exact cold chain shipping cost and include a note in your order

Product Quality & Refund Policy:
We guarantee that all products are shipped in a condition that prevents spoilage.
If there are any issues such as:
• Packaging leakage
• Product spoilage

We offer a refund only — no reshipments.

Important Notice:
In the event of a return or product damage, we will provide a return address. However, to avoid further loss, we will not reship the order under any circumstances.
