About Ramen: 

Use the accompanying "mentsuyu" or "olive oil" if desired.

It is also delicious with your own pasta sauce.

We are particular about the rich aroma and strong sweetness of "Iwatsu Negi" from the Iwatsu area of Asago City, Hyogo Prefecture!

Chips made from dried "Iwazu Negi," which are characterized by their softness, are kneaded into udon noodles.

How to cook: 

1 Boil noodles to desired consistency. (Approx. 5 min.)

2 Drizzle olive oil over the noodles after draining the water. (Do not drain the cold water, and do not tighten the noodles.)
3. Udon Style:  How about dipping noodles in the soup provided? Hot or cold, as you like...
3. Pasta Style:  Toss with your favorite pasta sauce.
