Too much fat which is so different from the item picture, need to trim off. Disappointing ~

Came frozen, well packed with dry ice. However, one of the bags was no longer vacuum sealed. Color of the ribs is a bit dark. Best Buy date 3/2024, purchased 8/2023.

Good portion for a small pot of soup
