About Ramen:
Despite its light broth, this ramen showcases the rich umami of Akita's specialty, Hinai-Jidori chicken, in a flavorful soy sauce soup that can only be described as exquisite! The thin curly noodles that absorb the soup are crisp, making this a regional ramen dish that you can enjoy down to the last bite.

[Shelf Life] 90 days at room temperature. Store away from direct sunlight and high temperatures/humidity.

 

[How to cook]
1.Bring 2 liters of water per bag of noodles to a good boil in a large pot. Put the noodles into the boiling water and boil over high heat for 30 seconds and low heat for about 1 minute.
2.Dilute the accompanying soup with about  300ml of water and prepare in a bowl.
3.After boiling, drain the hot water from the noodles, transfer them to the prepared bowl, and gently loosen them.
4. Garnish your favorite garnish (chashu pork, bamboo shoots, green onions, etc.) for an even better taste.
