I decided to try this because I really liked their yuzu flavor. I would not consider this a cheesecake as the filling is more of a mousse instead of solid cheese flavor. It is sour and slightly sweet. The cake is not good at all. Very grainy in texture. This needs to be defrosted in the fridge for a day prior to eating or else it doesn’t taste good. My box came with water damage so I don’t know if that ruined the texture of the cake.

The strawverry cheesecake is a little bit sour..Goodcfor snack or tea time.
