Unfortunately, this was HORRIBLE!! The gut part tasted extremely unpleasant muddy flavor! I tried to make clam stock from this meat and all I got was the muddiness with no clam umami. It was definitely the worst quality ones I've ever had! Too bad I bought 2 packages🤮

My 2nd purchase and it goes really well with lemon grass 😋

It was perfect for my favorite noodle soup called “sinanta.” Brought back good memories from the Philippines.

Just right! The packaging for these baby clams was enough for two meals. Weighs a little over 8 oz. Clams are plump, iridescent, and fresh.
