This Daiginjo falls between "23" and "49" in milling rate, and is both similar and different from its sister brews. The scent of koji, rice, apple, strawberry, and honeydew greet the nose, and the plush, fruits-basket sake greets the tongue. End with a long, bright finale. Fruit lovers, this one's for you.
