I mixed two different types to make kaufu, this one is thicker and more dense so took longer to cook. But, both were delicious.

Purchased multiple times to make vegetarian stir fry with different mushrooms, dried lily flower, etc. Gluten I ran through boiling water for a minute and squeezed out as much water before the stir fry.
