The bag isn’t very full when you open it (mostly air — see pic). To describe the flavor — I wouldn’t say that it tastes like Japanese Ebi-Mayo… The chips are on the oilier side, and certainly very shrimp in flavor (note that these are potato chips and not shrimp style chips). The flavor however is very shrimp-y (think dried shrimp)… almost too shrimpy if you ask me. It also leaves a bit of a preservative aftertaste in your mouth. Overall, I’d pass on buying these again. I think the value doesn’t match the quality of the product and you’re better off purchasing something else. Portion wise, I’d say that one bag is just enough for one person, and at almost $5 a bag, it’s hard to muster forking out that amount for what you receive.
