BAP certified farmed-raised Snakehead Fish Fillets with Saucerkraut
Cooking Instructions:
1. Remove package from the box and defrost by placing in your refrigerator overnight or by placing packages in a bowl of cold water for 15 minutes.
2. In an appropriate sized pot, fry sauerkraut with oil for one minute. Add in 450ml of water and the sauce pack and bring to boil.
3. Add the fish fillet and cook on medium heat for three minutes.
4. Once fish is fully cooked, carefully transfer everything into a bowl.
5. Garnish with fresh green onions, cilantro and any other ingredients you wish.
Ingredients:
Snakehead fish, water, potato starch, corn oil, zanthoxylum oil, salt, sodium bicarbonate, sodium citrate, sodium carbonate, malic acid, sodium phosphates, sodium erythorbate, sugars (trehalose, sugar).
