How to prepare:

Microwave: Take octopus out, microwave for 2 mins at max power. Drain before eating. Chop before heating.

Frying Pan: Heat octopus in oil for 2 mins till golden brown. Chop before heating.

Water Bath: Heat in a bowl in water for 5 mins. Slice after removing.

Cold Dish: Serve cold & chopped with fresh sides. Season to taste.
