Taste very close to restaurant’s. Add some carrot, 金针菇, wood ears, egg, and sesame oil then you almost cannot tell the difference. But I usually just do egg and sesame oil because it’s convenient and quick.

This is a nice soup base. I can’t say it is to my liking by itself. On the road, I put some in small container and add to some of the instant soups for more flavor. At home, I would add tofu, egg, black fungus, mushrooms, etc.

Very convenient and tasty.

I sometimes don't want to make a big batch of hot and sour soup, so this is so convenient when it's just for me. Taste is good I just add a little more sesame oil and vinegar.

You can adjust the concentration yourself. It tastes very good. Next time I use it, I’ll try the meat soup noodles.
