This has the ingredient balloon flower which is 桔梗 in Chinese and it’s a medicinal herb. I was coughing quite a bit but this soothe my cough a lot after having 3 packs the first day. Highly recommend as herbal supplement when you start having cough attacks. Especially for kids since it’s sweet.
