Simply rehydrate the dried malt in lukewarm water, mix with soybeans and salt, knead, and allow to ferment for about 2-3 months. Ideal for beginners and suitable for apartment or condo kitchens.
Boiled soybeans: 9 months from manufacture
Barley malt: 1 year from manufacture
Sea salt: 6 months from manufacture
Warm the boiled soybeans.
