Momoya Ume Gonomi Sticks, Boxed, 8g x 8 sticks 1 each

This is a deep-flavored paste plum made by adding our own original blend of bonito flakes, kelp, green shiso, and a secret ingredient of apple to the plum flesh extracted from carefully selected umeboshi plums. The main ingredient, plums, are pickled and dried in the sun all in our own factory. Momoya's "Ume Gonomi Stick Boxed 8g x 8 sticks" is a product made from our own umeboshi plums, making use of the original flavor of the umeboshi plums, and is made into an easy-to-carry stick type. The umeboshi plums are pickled for more than six months and prepared using traditional methods to bring out the aged flavor. The flavors of the umeboshi plums, kelp, bonito flakes, and shiso are carefully mixed in small amounts and finished with minimal heating, allowing the flavors of the umeboshi plums, kelp, bonito flakes, and shiso to be fully utilized. In addition, by adding apples, which go well with ume, we have created a refreshing sweetness and a deep flavor.
