Noodles (wheat flour [made in Japan], plant protein, vegetable oil, salt, whey protein, egg powder), Soup (sesame paste, soy sauce, salt, pork extract, vegetable oil, soy sauce mash, pork fat, sesame product, hydrolyzed protein, miso, spices [garlic, ginger, pepper, red chili], soy products, sugars, beef extract, doubanjiang, flavored oil, yeast extract) / seasonings (amino acids, etc.), kansui, acidulants, flavorings, caramel color, processed starch, thickening polysaccharides, carotenoid colorants, antioxidants (Vitamin E), sweetener (sucralose), emulsifier (contains egg, milk, wheat, beef, sesame, soy, pork, gelatin)

Ground meat 50g

Optional ingredients: ginger and other aromatic vegetables, white onions, bok choy

Instructions

1. Prepare 50g of ground meat

Stir-fry the ground meat in a pan with a little oil. Once cooked, transfer to a plate. You can add aromatic vegetables like ginger to enhance the flavor.

2. Cut preferred ingredients into easy-to-eat sizes

Prepare white onions, bok choy, and any other preferred ingredients and cut them into convenient sizes.

3. Prepare boiling water

Boil 450ml of water in a pot.

4. Add noodles and cook for "3 minutes"

Place the noodles into the boiling water and cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

5. Add liquid soup

Once the noodles are separated, remove the pot from the heat and add the liquid soup, stirring well.

6. Serve and complete

Transfer the noodles and soup into a bowl, then top with the prepared ground meat and ingredients, and it's ready to serve.
