We only used Yeosu Dolsangat, Samchae, and other Korea-produced ingredients that we produced by ourselves. We fermented our fish sauce for 3 years or more and Korean sea salt is used with old traditional method. We also added dried pepper with all our care. Also, by strict product quality management, we keep original Samchagatkimchi taste.
