I wanted to see if I can have quick milk tea at home. The base reminds me of brown sugar milk tea, a little sweet, a little artificial. I tried it with cold milk and gave it a quick stir. Not all of it dissolved, but maybe it will if I kept stirring or tried with hot milk.
