This is sweet and delicious! I originally bought it because I heard it's good for you and keeps you full so I thought it wasn't going to taste good, but actually this is not only tasty, but fun to make as well. All you have to do is add hot water and stir. If you want a thicker consistency, use less water.

I made this for lunch I wasn't sure if I would like it but the flavor is amazing not as sweet as one might think
