Ingredients:

10g sugar

20g unsalted butter

1 tablespoon milk 

Tools Needed:

Bowl

Rolling pin

Rubber spatula

Baking paper

Plastic wrap

Mug 

Working time: Approx. 50 minutes (not including dough resting or decorating time)

Preparation Instructions:

1. Soften 20g butter in a bowl and mix with a rubber spatula until smooth.

2. Add 10g sugar and mix well.

3. Add 1 tablespoon of milk and the 100g cookie mix, then stir until combined. *Remove the oxygen absorber from the cookie mix.

4. Gather dough with hands and wrap in plastic wrap.

5. Roll out dough to 5mm thickness and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

6. Preheat oven to 170°C.

7. Cut out shapes with the cookie cutter. Press the stamp to outline Pikachu’s face, then carefully remove the cutter and stamp. If dough is soft, chill in the refrigerator for another 15 minutes for easier handling.

8. Place cookies on a baking tray lined with baking paper, bake for 15 minutes (adjust baking time as needed).

9. To melt the chocolate pens, place them in a mug of 40-50°C hot water. Twist off the tip and use for decorating.

10. Once cookies have cooled, decorate with the melted chocolate pens – brown for ears, nose, mouth, and eyes, and pink for the cheeks.
