Recently, the frozen meat I’ve ordered has been arriving mostly thawed. I usually buy 4 to 5 packs at a time, and while I understand that refreezing thawed meat isn’t ideal, I can’t eat everything at once—so I end up refreezing it.
This didn’t used to happen before. But recently, it seems like there are about 10 deliveries before mine, possibly due to an increase in customers. By the time my order arrives, the dry ice is almost gone. This has happened around three times now.
I haven’t requested a refund because I don’t want to come across as someone who complains too often. Until now, I’ve avoided filing a claim. I really appreciate Weee! because it offers items I can’t find anywhere else, and I used to be very happy with the quality.
What I truly want is not a refund, but simply for frozen items to arrive frozen, and for fresh produce to arrive fresh.
