Hi i think there is a mix up with our order. Instead of Rib eye shabu shabu you guys gave me short ribs

It looks okay, will use in hot pot this week, hope it tastes good.

I ordered a Shabushabu slice but I got this Beef Ribeye thick slice instead of Shabushabu beef, and this is cheaper. I am disappointed and very unhappy.

Beef ribeye is full of fat, not even edible. Vegetables are very dirty and full of mud, totally disgusting. Weee has gone downhill will not order from them again

Doesn’t taste like prime at all...also way too thick for shabu. Disappointed. Better off buying their brisket than this.
